Hello readers,

Welcome to Where Erin Goes!

This travel blog was my virtual postcard to you — full of funny anecdotes, packing list recommendations, restaurant and hotel reviews, itinerary ideas and travel advice. If you liked what you’ve read here, check out my new travel + lifestyle blog, The Epicurean Traveler!

Who am I?

Well, my name is Erin. I’m a freelance journalist, novice foodie and tourist near and far. I grew up in the lovely Pure Michigan, relocated to the Washington, D.C., area in 2010 and moved back to America’s mitten in Fall 2013.

I love to be a tourist in my own town, exploring all that my home locale has to offer — museums, art, music, happy hours, brunches and more. You’ll find me posting more on The Epicurean Traveler about my new stomping ground: Grand Rapids, Michigan!

I hope this blog inspired you to broaden your own horizons, to see your city from a new perspective, to try those new restaurants and to just go.

Please comment on posts, email me travel questions and connect with me on social media.

Happy reading!

Wish you were here,

Erin
