Photo Friday | Driving around Downtown Detroit

After dining at Detroit Seafood Market during Detroit Restaurant Week, my dad drove me around Downtown Detroit as I shot some photos from the passenger seat. GM’s world headquarters, the Renaissance Center, towers over the Motor City skyline and was often visible as we looped through Downtown. We drove by the famous Coney Island restaurants, the Hard Rock Cafe that I still haven’t visited, the building where my grandfather’s cigar store was located, and Campus Martius Park, where we decided to stop for a Michigan-brewed craft beer at The Grand Trunk Pub.

Wish you were here,

Erin

P.S. I also saw the Jimmy Howard bobble head, so I had to get a picture with him, of course.
