Photo Friday: Christmas in Chicago

Continuing the “Christmas in the City” theme for December’s Photo Friday posts, here are photos from my trip to Chicago to ring in 2009.

The Windy City was decorated with Christmas trees like the one below on N. Dearborn Street and outside the John Hancock Center, pictured at the bottom of this post.

Along the Magnificent Mile, shoppers hit the post-Christmas sales. Outside the John Hancock Center, Cheesecake Factory diners stopped for photos in front of the towering Christmas tree decorated in brightly colored lights.
