Photo Friday: New York City Instagrams in black and white

New York, New York. There’s nothing quite as magnificent as looking out over that city from a rooftop at night.

Fortunately, I have a little sister who lives in the Big Apple and lets me crash at her apartment every few months. After about two months outside NYC, I get a craving to go back.

Next time, I hope we aren’t battling summer colds and can take a break from our New York City food tour to take in the skyline sights. Perhaps with a glass of Veuve in my hand.

Over Labor Day weekend, I captured these shots on my iPhone and shared them as black-and-white images on Instagram.
